These are the skins that work with latest skinUI betas.
v10 skins contain animation and all extra elements skinUI v2 uses. To earn such a designation skin must skin ALL skinnable objects and contain alert nimations.
v9 skins contain additional resources to support one-handed-havigationfeature's highlighting on the devices that have the abovementionedfeature/ Those are T|E2, Treo 650, LifeDrive.
If you use a v8 skin on such a device highlighting will be disabled unless colors are edited to show it.
